Pre-Race Training Sessions - Book Your Place!

Triathlon Specific Training Available for Entrants

Saturday 5th June, Saturday 26th June & Saturday 10th July 2010

The Erewash Novice Triathlon pre-race training sessions are for anyone who has entered the race on August 15th and would like some guidance on all the aspects involved in preparing for and taking part in the event.

Each session will be 2 ½ hours in length and will cover all 3 disciplines plus an opportunity to get plenty of practical advice to take away and put in to practice. The cost is £6 per session or £15 if you book for all 3. The sessions are designed to be fun and informative with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, you don’t need any specialist equipment to take part and the sessions are open to all abilities. If you have done a triathlon before you are still welcome to attend as there will be plenty to learn.

The sessions are being delivered by Steve Lloyd & Nick Dunn in conjunction with the British Triathlon Federation (BTF), both are very experienced coaches & triathletes – Steve is a professional Level 3 Coach and Nick is the current ITU Age Group World Champion as well as being a Level 2 Coach.

Preparation is key to a good first race and getting some sound theory and practical advice will greatly improve your confidence on race day and ultimately enhance your race experience. Remember the event is about completion not competition especially if it is your first time.

You will need to show proof of your entry for the Erewash Triathlon to book the sessions and booking forms are available from the Erewash Novice Triathlon website at www.erewashtriathlon.com or you can e-mail Jayne Lloyd at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
