| Cerebral Palsy Sport - Adopted Charity for 2010 |
|
Cerebral Palsy (C P) Sport is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities through participation in sport. We offer sporting opportunities to anyone with cerebral palsy, regardless of their age or ability level – all are welcome to participate. C P Sport’s key aim is to give each individual that we work with a meaningful sporting experience that helps them to achieve their personal goals – whether that’s just to have fun, to keep fit or to achieve an elite performance in their field. Many of C P Sport’s members have gone on to represent their country at international level and we are incredibly proud of the fact that members of C P Sport have won more Paralympic medals than any other disability organisation. By taking part in the Erewash Triathlon and raising money for C P Sport you will be helping people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities to participate in sporting activities; whether they are a future Paralympian or just learning a new skill and making new friends. So while you are swimming, cycling and running in the triathlon, you will also be enabling those less able than yourself to enjoy similar activities on the pitch, in the pool, or on the track. For more information about our work, please go to www.cpsport.org.
If you would like to raise sponsorship money by taking part in the Triathlon, Aquathlon or any other event you can download this sponsorship form. |
